  3-The finance department representative (Sonia lavoie) was great, lovely spirit, and gave full details of the process. Though the process fees kind of High, I was expecting half of what I paid as processing fees, but again. the deal went through.

  Updating my review after hearing from him and word in families. That the car he purchased was not as promised. And was unfit for the purchased price. Check engine light came on first week shocks are not soft and smooth. KM WERE CLOCKED BACK and tires were worn badly to even pass safety inspection. Hes car has been parked for past 3months as he is not driving it. And time of purchased they wasted his time alot. Poor humble honest guy suffered And was cheated, now pursuing towards taking legal action. because he told me he called you guys and left messages over and over again no one returned his calls. Glad I didn't purchased from you guys. Just yesterday my best friend was asking to take him to some dealers for new vehicles.

  1- If you do your homework before you go to Auto Alex, then you know they are descent. Yes there was no room for price negotiation, but It did not bother me, as I know they offered a very reasonable price for the car.

  I recently bought a car from here and from the beginning the service was excellent. Any and all questions were answered. Detailed history about the cars and honest answers were given. They go out of their way to help you. Chris was amazing and very friendly and professional. So was Anthony. So was Adam. You can tell the teamwork is there and they work together to ensure you get the best service. Very good prices. Clean cars. I’m very happy with my purchase. Even any questions I had after receiving my car were answered. Even after selling you the car they’re still there to help you and make sure you’re happy. I can’t say enough good things about Auto Alex. It feels good to know that there are still places like these that are honest and are actually there to HELP you find the car that’s right for you.
